Nobel Prize Official Website - News, Articles, Videos, Games, Simulations and More!

Yesterday, the last Nobel Prize of 2010 was awarded to Peter A. Diamond, Dale T. Mortensen and Christopher A. Pissarides in Economic Sciences.  Every year since 1901 the Nobel Prize has been awarded for achievements in physics, chemistry, physiology or medicine, literature and for peace, with economic sciences being awarded for the first time in 1969.  This wrapped up the awards for 2010, with Nobel Prizes being awarded for the other categories throughout the whole of last week.

The Nobel Prize official website is a comprehensive source for all Nobel Prize news and information, as well as a complete archive of all previous Nobel Prize winners since 1901.  Read articles about the outstanding work done to merit the Nobel Prize.  The site also features an educational section with games and simulations based on Nobel Prize-awarded achievements to teach and inspire you while you’re having fun.  A section which we really love is the video section, where you can view lectures as well as portraits of the lives and work of Nobel Prize winners, interviews, past award ceremonies and more.
