Dead Drops - Un-cloud your files in cement!

‘Dead Drops’ is a relatively new concept featuring an anonymous, offline, peer-to-peer file-sharing network in public space.  The idea involves taking a USB flash drive and embedding it into walls, buildings and curbs accessable to anybody in public space.  Then, everyone is invited to drop or find files on this so-called dead drop.  Just plug your laptop and share your favourite files and data.  The first dead drop was installed in last month in NYC, and since then, dead drops have been featuring all over the world.  Check out the official site which involves instructions on how to set up your own dead drop, and even a world map showing dead drop locations.
