Street With A View - Introducing Fiction into Google Street View

Street With A View introduced a spectacle into Google Street View in 2008.  You might have heard about people getting caught on Google Street View, or even others that have posed for those Google cameras.  Well in this case, artists Robin Hewlett and Ben Kinsley got the residents of Pittsburgh’s North side to collaborate on a series of tableaux along Sampsonia Way.  They staged scenes ranging from a parade and a marathon, to a garage band practice, a seventeenth century sword fight, a heroic rescue and much more.  See if you can spot them all by yourself.

The site also features interviews with the artists and participants.  We are showing you the 'How it was Made' video here, which we have taken from the site itself.
